AGCO invited Rob to attend and participate in their Farmer Focus group, which was part of their Worldwide Leadership meeting, in Atlanta. Rob, together with a farmer from South America, South Africa and America took questions from 250 AGCO Directors and discussed the farming processes and requirements they feel are needed in the future. An amazing experience, and a privilege to attend.
